Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training
1.1 My Airteam’s initial CRM training programmes provides you with the knowledge of and familiarity with human factors relevant to flight operations. The course duration for flight crew is a minimum of one day for single pilot operations and two days for all other types of operations. The course duration for Cabin Attendants will also be two days. Please refer to the specific course contents chapter for the specific elements for each course.
1.2 Where we do not hold or not have sufficient means or capacity to establish initial CRM trainings, My Airteam may make use of a course provided by another operator, or a third party or training organisation acceptable to the Authority.
1.3 The Initial CRM training should address the nature of the operations of the company concerned, as well as the associated procedures and the culture of the company. This will include areas of operations which produce particular difficulties, adverse climatic conditions and any unusual hazards. Therefore if an initial CRM course is requested, My Airteam may ask you to provide us with all relevant information as described.
1.4 There will ne no assessment for a flight crew member’s CRM skills during initial CRM training.
